1. About the Event
The CSLA-APALA Congress Planning Team is pleased to invite you to the 2026 CSLA-APALA Congress. Our delegates are eager to meet you! You and your team will get the opportunity to engage with Canadian landscape architects like never before.
Get ready to network virtually with an estimated 200+ conference participants, connect with new clients and profile your company’s brand to a large, diverse audience.
Participants will come from a wide range of backgrounds: landscape architects, architects, planners, engineers, educators, students, and municipal, provincial, and federal government employees and representatives.

The 2026 CSLA-APALA Congress will feature two and a half days of in-person content.
2. Trade Show
The trade show will be held from 10 am to 8 pm on Friday, June 5th, 2026. The trade show hall will feature:
- Friday evening kick off reception from 5 to 8 pm;
- Food and bar service throughout the trade show for meals;
- Central location in the event, next to the plenary hall;
- Breaks, lunches and a reception are planned in the trade show on Friday. Educational sessions in the afternoon will provide the exhibitors with a break mid-day.
Note that only one booth per vendor will be available, except in the case of the Title Sponsor.
Initiatives to drive traffic in the trade show
Drink Ticket Give-away:
This year, at the Friday evening trade show reception, you will have the opportunity to hand out drink tickets for the bars, compliments of your company. The bartenders will collect the tickets, and we will charge you for each ticket that was collected bearing your company name. Please add your company name and logo to the attached template (please keep the Congress logo and drink list). Print out as many as you want to give away.
Pop-Up Bars and Snack Stations:
You will also have the chance to arrange for a pop bar and/or a snack station at your booth on Friday. Please contact awards@csla-aapc.ca for more information if you are interested in this opportunity.
Gamification:
We will be running a trade show passport contest again this year to encourage traffic in the trade show. Participants will have a paper passport each, and you will add a sticker to their passport if they ask a question or have a 1 minute conversation with you. You can also award gold star stickers if you feel you had a quality interaction with them. Participants will take a picture of their passport and send it by email to the organizers, and the people with the most stickers and gold stars will be entered into a draw to win a selection of prizes.
Details will be confirmed and communicated with exhibitors at a later date.
a) Exhibitor Registration
All exhibitors are required to register for congress using the instructions that will be provided to you by email once registration for the event opens.
As exhibitors, you are entitled to 2 complimentary registration badges per booth. This means that if you have purchased two booths, you can register 4 people. If you would like to register more than 2 people per booth, we are charging $00 per ticket. Note that the badges will be made according to the names that you register with. If your representatives change, we can reprint badges at the registration table.
We encourage you to sign up for tours and the awards gala to give you the opportunity to mingle with delegates.
Your registration badge entitles you to share in the buffets and food service during the Congress.
More information on how to register as an exhibitor will be shared once registration for the event is open.
b) Booth Specifications
Fees
8 x 8 Booth Space: $2,500 + HST
Each booth includes
- access to meals provided to conference delegates (Thursday evening reception, Friday breakfast, lunch, and evening reception, Saturday breakfast and lunch)
- two exhibitor badges (additional badges can be purchased)
- 2 chairs and one 6ft table
- pipe and drape
- floor carpeting throughout the trade show space.
Your booth(s) must be staffed during the show hours and early tear down is not permitted.
c) Material Handling and Electricity for your booth
Once you have signed up as an exhibitor, you will be sent further details on how to order material handling, shipping, and electricity for your booth.
d) Setup and Teardown Schedule
Thursday, June 4th
- Trade Show Set Up (2pm to 5 pm).
Friday, June 5th
- Trade Show Set Up (continued, if required: 8 am to 10 am);
- Exhibit Hall (Opens 10 am);
- Reception in Trade Show (5pm to 8 pm);
- Exhibit Hall Closes (8 pm);
- Trade Show Tear Down (8 pm to 9 pm).
Saturday, June 6th
- Trade Show Tear Down (continued, if required: 8 am to 10 am).
e) Floor Plan

Payment of the booth fee confirms your participation in the trade show.
Applications will be date-stamped on receipt. Space will be assigned to sponsors first and then on a first-come, first-served basis, providing the applicant has no outstanding debts with the APALA or CSLA starting February 1, 2026. No change to assignments may be made without the agreement of the organizers.
Please Note: Booth sizes are approximate and are subject to change by the organizers.
3. Sponsorship
Maximize your participation at the CSLA-APALA Congress by becoming an official sponsor. We offer you many exclusive promotional opportunities which are different from the traditional trade show booth and will align with your company’s marketing plan and strategy.
Our goal is to create moments where you, as a sponsor, can benefit from your participation in the Congress, meet landscape architects and have real opportunities to network and integrate with the Congress delegates. We encourage you to attend the Congress, to network with delegates, to get involved and to take the opportunities to promote your company, your brand, your products.
These sponsorship packages are first come, first served. The earlier you book, the more exposure you will gain.
Deadline for logos, ads, videos, and social media content: April 1, 2026 (we encourage you to submit these materials as early as possible to allow us to give you maximum exposure).
a) Sponsorship Levels
Title Sponsorship Event Package: $25,500 + HST
The title sponsor will be the CSLA Awards Gala sponsor and will support the event's programming.
This packages includes:
- Logo on main stage throughout in-person event;
- Customized ad placed on event web page;
- Two-minute video commercial played 5 times during in-person event, and to be added to the CSLA’s YouTube channel;
- Complimentary Congress registration for four (4) staff members (with ability to purchase additional registrations at a reduced rate);
- Two booths in the trade show for the price of one;
- Full page ad in Congress printed program;
- Five social media shares;
- Logo recognition in Congress Program;
- Logo recognition and link to company website in CSLA bulletins and Congress eblasts;
- Opportunity to distribute one marketing eblast to CSLA’s 9,000 email contacts (graphic presentation and copy to be provided to CSLA in French and English, to be distributed by CSLA);
- Awards gala: logo placement on screen, a speaking opportunity, and a table of 8;
- Opportunity to display and distribute one piece of literature and two promotional items at the registration table.
Partner Sponsorship Package: $15,500 + HST
SIX Partner Sponsorship packages are available
This package includes:
- Customized ad placed on event web page;
- Two-minute video commercial played at morning welcomes, added to the CSLA’s YouTube channel and featured on the Congress website;
- Special event sponsor: welcome reception OR trade show reception OR keynote speaker OR College of Fellows Investiture Ceremony ; (this includes a 5 minute speaking opportunity on stage or video);
- Complimentary Congress registration for two (2) staff members (with ability to purchase additional registrations at a reduced rate);
- Half-page ad in Congress printed program;
- Two social media shares;
- Logo recognition in Congress Program;
- Logo recognition and link to company website in CSLA bulletins and Congress eblasts;
- Opportunity to display and distribute one piece of literature or one promotional item on the registration table.
Principal Sponsorship Package: $8,500 + HST
This package includes:
- Customized ad placed on event web page;
- One-minute video commercial played at morning welcomes, added to the CSLA’s YouTube channel and featured on the Congress website;
- Recognition as sponsor one of the educational sessions, lunches or breakfasts (until all slots filled) with logo placement during event and opportunity to introduce your company and the speaker (5 mins);
- Complimentary Congress registration for two (2) staff members (with ability to purchase additional registrations at a reduced rate);
- Quarter-page ad in Congress printed program;
- One social media share;
- Logo recognition in Congress Program;
- Logo recognition and link to company website in CSLA bulletins and Congress eblasts;
- Opportunity to display and distribute 1 piece of literature on the registration table.
Associate Sponsorship Package: $5,500 + HST
This package includes:
- Recognition as sponsor of a tour with opportunity to join the tour group and network with delegates;
- Complimentary Congress registration for one (1) staff member (with ability to purchase additional registrations at a reduced rate);
- One social media share;
- Logo recognition in Congress Program;
- Logo recognition and link to company website in CSLA bulletins and Congress eblasts;
- Opportunity to display and distribute 1 piece of literature on the registration table.
Emerging Sponsorship Package: $2,500 + HST
This package includes:
- Logo recognition in Congress Program;
- Logo recognition and link to company website in CSLA bulletins and Congress eblasts;
- Opportunity to display and distribute 1 piece of literature on the registration table.
