Marc Hallé, MLA, B. Civ.Eng., FCSLA, OALA

Co-President of CCxA, Partner, Senior Landscape Architect

As co-president and CCxA partner, Marc has spearheaded some of the studio’s best-loved public spaces. Educated as a landscape architect with an undergraduate degree in civil engineering, Marc is known for his ability to use design narrative to bring together complex design teams and stakeholders to achieve designs of uncommon quality and clarity. 

With over 20 years experience on award-winning projects and public realms, Marc’s experience includes all facets of landscape architecture: urban parks, plazas, waterfronts, master plans, brownfield development, streetscapes and large-scale residential/mixed use communities. 

He has led several of the studio’s renowned competition schemes, parks and waterfronts, including Leslie Lookout Park, Love Park, Berczy Park, Sugar Beach, Evergreen Brick Works in Toronto, and Breakwater Park. 

Bianca Wylie

Bianca Wylie is a writer with a dual background in technology and public engagement.  She is a partner at Digital Public, where she leads work on public interest technology advocacy. She worked for several years in the tech sector in operations, infrastructure, corporate training, and product management. Then, as a professional facilitator, she spent several years co-designing, delivering and supporting public consultation processes for various city governments and government agencies, working mostly in urban planning, including park design and transportation planning. 

She founded the Open Data Institute Toronto in 2014 and co-founded Civic Tech Toronto in 2015. Bianca is a Senior Fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation, and she sits on the advisory board of the Electronic Privacy Information Centre.
