Darcie Young is an Informal Conflict Management practitioner for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. With years of experience managing for-profit and not-for-profit companies, Darcie holds a master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Management and a certificate in labour law from Osgoode Hall School of Law at York University.
