We are specifically looking for unique experience to support our team in a lead role. Each of these roles requires a high level of project management strengths. Core talent for new team members that we seek includes:
- The proven ability to express interesting design vision with clarity and enthusiasm, along with an ability to turn those design ideas into reality.
- Project management leadership in the development of construction drawings, specifications, and overseeing multiple construction projects.
Successful applicant(s) will likely come from a background in landscape architecture, urban design, or architecture. We do not have a minimum expectation for years of experience. We are simply looking for talented and driven individuals that fit into the SMM team and have the capability to lead.
