Located outside in the Giardini at the 2016 Venice Architecture Biennale in Italy, a unique exhibition on the scales and geographies of Canada's extractive culture where visitors are invited to kneel down—facing the pavilions of former empires of the United Kingdom and France—to peer into the ground and view a film that reveals realities of Canada’s resource mining empire around the world.
